1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using PlanU (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.

These Terms form a legal agreement between you and the developer, Kaan Dındış.

2. Description of the Service

PlanU is a personal productivity and task-management application that allows you to:

• Create and manage tasks
• Organize tasks into projects
• Set due dates and receive reminders
• Use a minimal, distraction-free interface
• Unlock additional features with an auto-renewing subscription (“PlanU Pro”)

All user-generated data—including tasks, projects, reminders, profile info, and preferences—is stored locally on your device.
